chef yulanda of the post ranch inn was invited to be a part of cooking for solutions, an event that highlights local ingredients and innovative chefs. we prepared a monte cristo donut for the event (photo above) and sold out in the first two hours! kyle and i had a fryer down by the water and pumped out over 1400 donuts, this event was a lot of fun!
